Our kickboxing classes for ages 11-15 are designed to push young athletes to new levels of physical and technical proficiency. Each 60-minute session is packed with intensive drills, including pad work, bag work, and fitness routines that improve strength, speed, and endurance. We also focus on teaching more advanced techniques such as combinations, counters, and footwork, providing a solid foundation in kickboxing. These sessions not only keep participants physically fit but also enhance their confidence and discipline, key attributes for both sport and life.
Structured Curriculum with Comprehensive Belt System
Our program features a structured curriculum approved by the World Association of Kickboxing Organisations (WAKO), guiding students through a clearly defined belt system from white to black. Each belt level introduces new techniques and challenges, including complex combinations and defensive maneuvers. This structured approach encourages students to set and achieve personal goals, promoting a strong work ethic and perseverance. As they progress, they gain a deeper understanding of kickboxing, which builds a sense of accomplishment and motivation to keep advancing.
