Fight strategy, defence, ringcraft & mindset coaching
This coaching focuses on developing fight IQ, defensive awareness, and intelligent movement in the ring. You’ll learn how to stay composed, read opponents, control space, and make smart decisions under pressure. Combined with mindset coaching, this builds confidence, discipline, and the mental edge needed to perform when it matters.

Competition preparation & corner advice
This focuses on preparing you physically and mentally for competition, with guidance tailored to fight night demands. You’ll learn how to manage nerves, pace yourself, and adapt between rounds using clear, effective corner advice. Every detail is covered so you step into competition confident, composed, and fully prepared.
